MIMAS SILICONE TESTER - HIGH-SPEED QUALITY TESTS

With our MIMAS Silicone Tester, the thickness and homogeneity of siliconization layers can be determined with the highest spatial resolution in a short time.

The device measures coating thicknesses from 10 – 5000 nm with a very high resolution. A 1 ml syringe can be measured within one minute and, if required, 100% coverage of the scanned sample can be achieved. A universal sample holder can accommodate all common syringes, vials and cartridges.
